Sales Coordination Assistant – Dubai

Job Purpose Summary:

Rebound Electronics are looking for a sales coordinator to handle incoming sales opportunities and liaise with the Reverse Logistics Coordinator.

This role is a front of house customer service role to ensure that external customers receive feedback for all requests sent.

Responsible for assisting the sale of inventory and customer excess inventory from existing customers with the objective to maximise revenue in line with the Company’s long and short-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Liaising with customers on enquiries to qualify requirements.
• Working with key decision makers to quote customers.
• Working with sales to request customer pricing.
• Ensure Rebound customers receive an impeccable and timely service.
• Enquiry management
• Working with decision makers to ensure quotes are followed up and completed
