We are proud to release the virtual tour of our UK Distribution Hub and Enhanced Inspection Facility, offering clients across the global a first-hand look at our quality operations, directly from their own screens.

The tour brings our AS6081 certified testing lab to your fingertips, providing a detailed overview of our processes, cutting-edge equipment, and unwavering commitment to quality. It’s an opportunity for clients, partners, and industry professionals to explore the steps we take to ensure every component we deliver meets the highest standards.

Our UK facility is a cornerstone of our operations and a real testament to our ongoing investment in quality, technology and people. The tour allows clients to view our state-of-the-art testing equipment including:

• TruView Prime R X-Ray System
• RKD Chemical Decapsulation
• Keyence High-Accuracy Image Dimension Measurement System

Visually presenting our capabilities, allows people to see the meticulous inspection procedures that products are subject to when they arrive at the facility.

Quality remains our top priority, and is supported by our multiple industry-standard certifications, such as:

• AS6081:2012 – mitigating the risk of counterfeit components
• ISO 13485:2016 – This internationally agreed standard sets out the requirements for a quality management system specific to the medical devices industry.
• SC21 Silver Award – recognising excellence and collaboration with aerospace and defence sectors
• ISO 9001:2015 – affirming our strong quality management system
• ISO 14001:2015 – International standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

There are ongoing plans to continue to develop this facility, to ensure it remains and industry leader and we continue to ensure that clients are receiving the best quality service, in both process and product. As our capabilities grow, we plan to update the virtual tour to reflect the latest enhancements, including new 3D visuals, ensuring clients stay informed with our growth.
